Terms of Service
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses Painel Social: agencies who manage dashboards and clients who connect their accounts.
The service
Painel Social reads performance metrics from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Meta ads, with your permission, and shows them as reports. It has read-only access and never publishes or changes anything on your accounts.
Third-party platforms
Painel Social uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of Facebook and Instagram data is also subject to Meta's Terms.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Agencies must have their client's permission before connecting or sharing that client's data.
- Keep your login and private share links confidential.
Availability
Metrics depend on Google and Meta APIs, which may delay, change or remove data. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and we are not liable for decisions made based on the reports.
Ending use
You can disconnect your accounts at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is deleted. We may suspend access that violates these terms or the platforms' policies.
